Our pricing is updated constantly to ensure you get the lowest price available online, at your destination—anywhere.

Our guarantee protects you two ways. If you find a lower price for the same tour or activity offered by the same operator, priced in the same currency, up to 30 days after your completed tour, send us the details and we’ll refund the price difference.

We also protect you against arriving at a destination and finding the same tour or activity offered at a lower price from our operator. If you find a lower price directly from our operator, simply send us the details and we’ll refund the price difference.

Requesting a Price Match Refund

Make a copy, printout, or screenshot of the lower rate in case a GC Flight customer service representative needs additional information. The following requirements apply:

1. GC Flight’s Price Match Guarantee is available to customers who make a qualifying purchase through www.gcflight.com. The qualifying purchase must be at least US$20 or the equivalent.
2. If you find a lower retail or prepaid rate for the same tour or activity, offered on the same date and priced in the same currency as your original purchase, on another website within 30 days following your confirmed reservation on www.gcflight.com, GC Flight will refund the difference.
3. Upon arrival at your destination, if you find a lower retail price offered by GC Flight’s contracted operator for the same tour or activity on the same date, GC Flight will refund the difference.
4. To submit a refund request, email reservations@gcflight.com with your name, GC Flight booking number or itinerary reference number, and proof of the lower price, such as a receipt, price list, flyer, web address, or screenshot.
5. GC Flight reserves the right to verify details of the lower price where possible. All refund decisions will be made at the sole discretion of GC Flight.
6. Refunds of the price difference will be processed to the payment method used for the original booking.
