I had a very pleasant experience from the day we booked our tour to the moment we were dropped off. Austin was our pilot and was very kind to all of our needs and questions during the flight. The amount of time flying, the amount of time in the Valley of Fire, were ideal. Obviously we wanted more, yet valued every second. There are so many different companies out there that provide the same type of service which made it hard to pick which company to choose. I asked some friends who were local... and unfortunately they had never been but suggested that I read the reviews. I think I read the reviews of all of the companies. Amazing experience for our family of 5. We were picked up from our hotel and were the only ones for the short trip to the boulder airport. Check-in was quick and quiet and it wasn’t long before we were up in the air. Our pilot was great and provided us with loads of information about the area and the sights. The Grand Canyon was amazing, such a wonder and what a view from the helicopter. Return transfer was also quick with only 1 other hotel stop. How long do Las Vegas helicopter tours typically last?

Tour length varies by experience. Las Vegas Strip flights can be as short as 10–15 minutes in the air, while Grand Canyon landing and combination tours can take several hours. Check each tour page for the total experience time.

Can we bring a camera or smartphone on the helicopter tour?

Phones and cameras are permitted on most flights. Phones should be placed in airplane mode while flying, and some attractions have separate rules—for example, personal cameras are not permitted on the Grand Canyon Skywalk.

How far in advance should I book a Las Vegas helicopter tour?

Book as early as possible for Grand Canyon landing tours, weekends and busy travel periods. Same-day and last-minute seats may be available, but popular departure times can sell out.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of our tour?

Safety comes first. If the operating tour provider determines that conditions are unsafe for flying, you will be given the available options, which may include rescheduling or a refund depending on the circumstances and tour.
