By submitting my reservation request on this website on-line or verbally with an authorized representative of Grand Canyon Discount Flight Reservations Plus, Inc. doing business as “GC Flight” I acknowledge that I have read and agreed to: The Terms, Conditions and Acknowledgement of Risk, Tour Booking, Website Usage Agreement, Participants Liability, and Limitations on Liability as stated.
Grand Canyon Discount Flight Reservations Plus, Inc. dba GC Flight, is a licensed Arts, Entertainment & Recreation – Group 7 agency approved for Tour Services residing in Las Vegas, Nevada USA who sells tours, attractions, travel, adventures and accommodation services to the general public and commercial clients for companies that provide travel, tours, attractions, adventures and accommodation services. Grand Canyon Discount Flight Reservations Plus, Inc. in most cases, is not the provider of the tours, attractions, travel, adventures and accommodation services.
If you are booking a tour on-line within 24 hours of your expected travel date/time, please call our reservation hotline at 702-629-7776 or 800-871-1030 for immediate availability and confirmation.
All departure times are approximate and subject to change for any reason by GC Flight or carrier which may include scheduling issues, hotel pick-up locations, weight restrictions or mechanical delays. Not responsible for unexpected delays, loss of visibility or itinerary changes caused by traffic, weather, etc. Refunds will not be granted due to delays.
Optional round-trip transport for tours departing from most Las Vegas “Strip” hotels and downtown Las Vegas hotels is available and highly recommended. Please enter the name of your Las Vegas hotel at the time of booking. If you have not selected a Las Vegas hotel at the time of booking, enter N/A (not available) or call GC Flight at 800-871-1030 or 702-629-7776 or to advise us of the designated hotel for pick-up at least 24 hours before the tour date.
Tentative tour confirmation, pricing, and any premiums and/or fees (if applicable) as described in the tour details and the Terms & Conditions will be displayed on the shopping cart “booking request” page prior to card payment information request and your submission to complete your check out process in the shopping cart. Final confirmation of tour, which will include total costs of tour as well as premiums and/or fees (if applicable) as described in the tour details, the Terms & Conditions and in the original shopping cart tour request submission will be provided via email in the form of an “e-Ticket Confirmation” or given verbally by an authorized GC Flight representative within 24 hours or less of original tour request. Not valid with other discounts or offers.
Once you have completed your initial reservation request on-line, via phone, chat line, or by any other means, your confirmation, exact departure time and pick up location will be provided to you via “e-Ticket Confirmation” or verbal confirmation by an authorized GC Flight representative.
All tour base prices listed may be already discounted unless otherwise noted and they may not be combined with any other offer (e.g. Coupons, Saver Programs, etc.) A fee may be added to your tour price at check-out. GC Flight may not have control of fuel surcharges, park entry fees, landing fees, & handling fees or any other fees imposed in advance or at the time of check-in by the applicable tour operator.
Any or all of the applicable premiums and fees that are denoted in each tour description as well as in the Terms & Conditions are also denoted on the check-out page of the shopping cart prior to payment and will also be listed on the final “e-Ticket Confirmation” once booking request is received and approved by GC Flight.
If the tour request is initiated by phone directly with a GC Flight agent, GC Flight agent will make every effort to notify our guests of premiums and/or fees that are applicable to their tour. Any guests who request their tour online or by chat line, we strongly recommend that they refer to the tour descriptions as well as the Terms & Conditions for any premiums or fees that may be applicable to their selected tour. Fuel surcharges if any are subject to change without notice and may be payable at the time of check-in.
Before your travel date, all passengers’ weights MUST be advised to the supplier. Due to comfort and weight/balance of air crafts, passengers weighing over 250 lbs. OR 300 lbs. (depending on the aircraft) will be required to purchase an additional “comfort” seat on some helicopter and airplane tours. This is payable by credit card at the time of booking or in some instances directly to the supplier on the day of your tour. Due to weight restrictions on aircraft, actual seat assignments can’t be guaranteed.
Departure times listed and pricing may vary based on availability. Tour itinerary, tour components, hotel pick-up, and drop-off locations, flight times, descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time for any reason without notice which may also include availability, flight routing differentials, inclement weather conditions, FAA restrictions, and/or any other unforeseen circumstances or occurrences. Suppliers reserve the right to upgrade guests onto another tour. Flight times are approximate and may include loading and unloading.
A 48-hour notice is required for any changes or cancellations. Cancellations within 48 hours of departure time are non-refundable. All cancellations must be made with a GC Flight agent by phone. No-shows at time of departure will not receive a refund.
Wedding Cancellation: A full 7-day cancellation notice is in effect and is required for a full refund, 3 days for a 50% refund and no refunds inside of 3 days.
Any refunds in the event service(s) described in the applicable GC Flight tour itinerary cannot be provided due to causes beyond the control of GC Flight, we will exercise all efforts to provide comparable service(s). If your tour itinerary package is canceled and comparable service(s) cannot be provided, GC Flight or the applicable carrier will refund all monies paid. Please allow up to five (5) business days for refund processing. Refunds will not be given for any unused portion of a tour.
Some tours require a minimum number to operate. For safety purposes, tour operators may vary tour routes or flight times due to weather conditions. Tour operators reserve the right to upgrade passengers onto another tour.
Tour components, tour itinerary, flight times, descriptions and prices of tours on this web site and any other GC Flight advertising are subject to change without notice, however, your tour price will not change once it is confirmed by “eTicket Confirmation” or verbally with a GC Flight agent. Prices listed are in U.S. dollars and may reflect discounts.
For round-trip transport from major Las Vegas “Strip” and Downtown Las Vegas hotels, please be at the confirmed hotel pick up location 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time. Many hotels have dedicated tour pick up locations away from the main lobby. Some hotels use alternate hotels (near) for pick up due to logistics. Please confirm you are at the correct location within your hotel before pick up. Pick up is approximately 60-90 minutes prior to flight departure (times are based on hotel location, time of day, and traffic conditions).
Multilingual live or recorded commentary is available upon request (Spanish, French, Italian, German, Russian, and Japanese) for most airplane tours, please advise us at the time of booking if required. We select only the most experienced and reliable operators for each tour to remove any guesswork for you and ensuring your peace of mind.
Gratuities are optional, fees if any are payable by credit card at the time of booking or in some instances on the day of your tour.
Due to the nature of these tours and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will be entitled to a refund.
Most helicopters, airplanes, and motor coaches can accommodate collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them during boarding and disembark.
Prepayment Guideline: 25% partial payment is required to book and confirm any group. Seats may be held without payment for 48 hours upon the issue of the initial request, if outside of 30 days. If the deposit is not received within 48 hours of the initial request, seats will be released without notification. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to travel date. If full payment is not received 30 days in advance of the travel date, space will automatically be released. The Group Department does not send reminders and will not send invoices unless specifically requested. Payment is due in full for groups who booked within 30 days of departure date.
Standard Cancellation Policy: 31+ days prior to travel date – Fully refundable provided Group Department receives the cancellation in writing. No portion is refundable if the group cancels within 30 days. No shows at departure time are non-refundable.
Special requests must be requested in writing no later than one week before the departure date. The Group Department will make every effort to fulfill these requests; however, some requests may not be possible. Special requests include locations, times, private tour guides, private transfer, private tour ground transfers/stops, audio and visual needs, themed activities, and shows.
GC Flight maintains GCFlight.com (the site) and all of the information, data, software, logos, graphics, videos, logos, typefaces, music, sounds, illustrations, images, designs, icons and any other materials, content for your information on tours and services sold by GC Flight. All content in and on our site is for information purposes only. By using this site, you agree to the terms.

1. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Participant releases GC Flight from any liability with respect to any injuries, loss or damages which may be sustained by the Participant in the course of undertaking any adventure or attraction, whether dangerous, hazardous or otherwise.
2. The Participant unconditionally agrees to fully indemnify GC Flight and all of its servants, agents, clients and employees against any injury, damage or accident that may be sustained by the Participant, while participating in an adventure or attraction booked through GC Flight or the Entities and Groups who offer various services to GC Flight and also including adventures won as prizes or promotions.
3. The Participant warrants that he/she does not suffer from any Medical Condition and/or incapacity which may impair the Participants ability to participate in an adventure or attraction and further, that the Participant does not suffer from any Heart Condition, Epilepsy or other Medical Condition which may result in the Participant potentially placing himself/herself in a position of risk, by undertaking an adventure or attraction booked through GC Flight.
4. GC Flight will not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage incurred or suffered by the participant during an adventure or attraction.
5. The Participant pledges that no legal action will be initiated by it against GC Flight its clients, its agents, employees, instructors, and/or personnel, due to an accident or injury sustained during the course of undertaking an adventure or attraction booked through GC Flight.
Limitations on Liability; Warranties
GC FLIGHT, ITS USE AND THE RESULTS OF SUCH USE ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS. GC FLIGHT MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS WITH RESPECT TO OUR WEBSITE, OR ANY OF THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES SOLD THROUGH OUR WEBSITE, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL GC FLIGHT ITS ASSOCIATES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE, AFFILIATED COMPANIES’ PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES OR YOUR DISPLAY OF ANY MATERIAL, CONTENT OR OFFERS ON OR THROUGH YOUR WEBSITES AND/OR E-MAILS AND/OR ANY OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY VIRTUE OF LAW, EVEN IF GC FLIGHT OR ITS ASSOCIATES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR WEBSITE, ALONG WITH ANY MATERIALS, OFFERS, PROGRAMS, DATA, ADVERTISERS’ UNDERLYING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, INFORMATION AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, ARE DISCLAIMED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE DISCLAIMER OF ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE). IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, GC FLIGHT AND, AFFILIATES’ LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE SMALLEST AMOUNT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW. THIS SECTION WILL SURVIVE THE FAILURE OF ANY EXCLUSIVE OR LIMITED REMEDY.
This Agreement and any breach arising from it shall be deemed to have commenced in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. You agree that only the laws governing Agreements formed and breached in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, shall apply to this Agreement.
Notwithstanding any other provisions at law, you agree that any cause of action arising from or related to this Agreement must be commenced within one year of the date that the cause of action occurs. You agree that any action not commenced within this time shall be permanently barred.
If a dispute with us arises from or relates to this Agreement or your use of our service, you agree that, unless otherwise not allowed by law, the dispute will be resolved according to an arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
If a dispute cannot legally be resolved by arbitration, you agree to resolve the dispute in a court that is allowed to decide the case in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. If there is no court allowed to decide the case in Nevada, then you (or we, as the case may be) can bring the case in the next closest court to Nevada that has the authority to hear and decide the case.
If you bring a lawsuit that does not comply with the terms found in this “Disputes” section, you agree that we may inform you of your error, and, if you do not withdraw the lawsuit after we inform you that it breaches this Agreement, we can have the lawsuit dismissed from the court that you filed it in. If this occurs, you agree to pay for our reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred to obtain the dismissal, as well as up to $1000 for our court fees and disbursements.
