Be ready at your confirmed hotel pickup time. Guests instructed to arrive directly at the helicopter terminal should arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled departure.

Passengers 18 and older must present a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or valid passport at check-in.
Wear closed-toe athletic shoes or hiking boots. Sunglasses are recommended, and guests with long hair should bring a hair tie. Cameras should have a wrist strap.
Drivers must be at least 18 years old. Guests under 18 ride as passengers in a multi-seat UTV and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Passenger weights are required when booking and verified at check-in. Guests exceeding 250 lbs (112 kg) are required to purchase an additional helicopter seat.
