Grand Canyon Helicopter
Floor Landing Tour
The Grand Canyon Helicopter Floor Landing Tour allows guests to escape the glitz and glamour of the city as you enter the beauty of nature’s creation, the Grand Canyon. Once in the air, your journey will begin by flying over the mighty Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, Fortification Hill, and the Colorado River. Guests have been known to spot animals on their way to the Grand Canyon. You may see eagles soaring through the sky, wild horses running free, or desert bighorn sheep among the rocks in their natural habitat. As you enter the Grand Canyon you will have aerial views of lookouts such as Guano Point and Eagle Point, before descending approximately 3,200 feet below the rim to a private landing site in the heart of the Hualapai Indian territory. At the bottom, you will have 30 minutes to celebrate the experience with champagne, beverages, and a light snack approximately 300 feet above the Colorado River in one of the greatest natural wonders of the world. Plenty of time for exploring and pictures. On the journey back to the terminal, you will pass by some amazing red rock areas well known for the ancient Indian ruins, flaming rock formations, and the desert southwest.
