When do I receive confirmation of my booking?

You should receive this within 24 hours of booking. If you do not, please contact our Customer Service Desk at 800-871-1030 or 702-629-7776.

I did not receive my e-ticket confirmation?

Hotmail, America Online, Yahoo! And Google email addresses are very popular and as a result receive a large amount of spam, or junk email. For this reason they have junk mail filters that in some cases only allow those email addresses that are in your address book to arrive in your inbox. For this reason it is important that you add bruce@gcflight.com to your address book so that you can receive any booking information or other important emails from us. If you don’t receive your e-ticket confirmation within 24 hours we suggest contacting our Customer Service Desk at 800-871-1030 or 702-629-7776.

Can I book over the telephone?

What hotels does this tour pick up from?

What days does this tour operate?

I’m not staying in a hotel, what is the closest pick up point?

We offer hotel pick-ups only. Passengers must provide their own transportation to the air terminal if they are not staying in a hotel or they can choose to arrive at a designated Las Vegas “Strip” or downtown hotel for transportation prior to tour departure. Call our Reservation Desk at 800-871-1030 or 702-629-7776 for more information.

Do you pick up from private residences?

Not normally, however we do have free pick-up and drop-off from most major Las Vegas hotels. Call us for more information at 800-871-1030 or 702-629-7776.

Can I get dropped off after my tour to my hotel or in the city?

Tour providers provide roundtrip transfers to and from your hotel. Other location pick-ups and drop offs have to be scheduled directly with the Reservation Desk at 800-871-1030 or 702-629-7776.

Where is the meeting point for my tour?

Most tours depart from the Mc Carran Executive Terminal, Atlantic Air Terminal, North Las Vegas Air Terminal or the Boulder City Air Terminal. Call the Reservations Desk for more information if needed at 800-871-1030 or 702-629-7776.

Do I need a VISA or passport or are there any special health requirements for this tour?

All passengers booked on a tour must have government issued forms of identification, NO EXCEPTIONS!

I am traveling in a group – do you cater to groups and/or have a group discount program?

Does this operate on Christmas and public holidays?

Most Tour Operators operate every day except Christmas.

Can I book this when I get there?

Yes, however we recommend early booking as these popular flights do tend to fill up quickly. Remember you do have a 24 hour cancellation period on flight & ground tours & and a 48 hour cancellation period on West Rim Helicopter Landing Tours and Las Vegas “Strip” Flights if needed. What languages are available for this tour?

Most of the Grand Canyon Airplane Tours are offered in 11 different languages: Spanish, Japanese, Portuguese, Italian, French, Dutch, Cantonese, Mandarin, German, Korean, and English.

Do you have gift certificates available?

I don’t know what date I’m traveling yet. Can I book a tour and leave it open dated?

YES! You can purchase a gift certificate and book a particular date when you have completed your travel plans.

Does this tour pick up from the airport?

Not normally, however we can arrange special transportation if needed. We do have free hotel pick-up and drop-off.

Is my credit card safe?

Yes, GC Flight is a secure web site.

I keep getting a credit card error while trying to book. What do I do?

Call our Reservation Desk at 800-871-1030 or 702-629-7776 to see if the booking was received; contact your credit card company if there is a billing error.

It has been 24 hours since I booked and I have not received confirmation. I’m not sure if my booking was processed, did you get my booking request?

What happens if I cancel or do not show up?

Cancellations within 24 hours of flight or ground departure time and within 48 hours on West Rim Helicopter Landing Tours, Express Tours and Las Vegas “Strip” Flights, 100% cancellation fee will apply. No shows are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. All cancellations must be approved in advance via e-mail, by phone or in person with an authorized GC Flight Agent. Cancellations are not effective until a cancellation authorization number is issued and distributed.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations within 24 hours of ground or flight time and within 48 hours on all Grand Canyon West Rim Helicopter Landing Tours, Express Tours and Las Vegas “Strip” Flights, 100% cancellation fee will apply. No shows are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. All cancellations must be approved in advance via e-mail, by phone or in person with an authorized GC Flight Agent. Cancellations are not effective until a cancellation authorization number is issued and distributed. Flights or ground tours are subject to loss of deposit amount or up to 30% of the actual tour cost. Any refunds in the event service(s) described in the applicable GC Flight tour itinerary cannot be provided due to causes beyond the control of GC Flight, we will exercise all efforts to provide comparable service(s). If your itinerary package is cancelled and comparable service(s) cannot be provided, GC Flight or the applicable carrier will refund all monies paid. Please allow up to five (5) business days for refund processing. Refunds will not be given for any unused portion of a tour. Wedding Cancellation: A full seven (7) day cancellation notice is in effect and is required for a full refund, three (3) days for 50% refund and no refunds inside of three (3) days.

I need to cancel my booking
