4. MOMOFUKU – SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA
Chef David Chang is determined to make his fifth restaurant reliant on “the abundance of Australia” – meaning that they will try not to import anything that is not native to Australia.
5. WILLOWS INN – LUMMI ISLAND, WA
Located in the tiny San Juan island of Lummi, Willows Inn is about two hours from Seattle.  It was ranked “the best restaurant int he world” in 2010 by S. Pellegrino which is even more impressive when you realize the head chef is only 24 years old.
