For an unforgettable experience of the Southwest's two most treasured landmarks, encounter the beauty and wonder of the Hoover Dam in Nevada and the Grand Canyon's West Rim in Arizona with this Las Vegas tours to the Grand Canyon.
Our guests tour begins with a VIP pick-up at most Las Vegas Strip or Downtown Hotels. After a brief check-in, guests depart for their Grand Canyon journey. Guests travel in comfortable and modern eco-friendly motor coaches that leave nothing to chance when it comes to our guests safety and comfort. All vehicles are equipped with restrooms, large viewing windows, air conditioning, reclining seats, removable arm rests, foot rests, DVDs and monitors. Guests comfort, safety and satisfaction is always a number one concern.
Guests narrated tour will leave from Las Vegas through Boulder City with views of Lake Mead and the Colorado River. On your way to the Grand Canyon our guests will have the opportunity to learn about the Pioneer Indian Wars, early Spanish Conquistadors, the Missionaries, Mountain Men, Explorers and Settlers.
Once our guests reach Hoover Dam there is an optional stop that allows our guests to photograph the surrounding area during a short break. Guests may even get a chance to see one of the resident bighorn sheep before we cross over the new Mike O’Callaghan – Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge. This bridge is the longest concrete arch in the Western Hemisphere, spanning over 1,000 feet and 890 feet of above the Mighty Colorado River.
Get to know the distance from Las Vegas to Grand Canyon West Rim on one of the most beautiful sections of our drive is the remote area known as Black Canyon. Once guest are done riding to Grand Canyon from Vegas, they will discover what a significant role this areas has played in the development of the American Southwest, from the ancient Anasazi Indians and the steamboat landings, to its present day use as part of the Lake Mead National Recreation Area.
As our guest leave this area, they will pass through the Mojave Desert, that leads to the 900-year-old Joshua Tree Forest, one of the largest forests of its kind.
Then guests will arrive at the West Rim of the Grand Canyon, the next leg of the journey begins. Guests will board a helicopter with forward facing seats and descend a thrilling 4,000 feet into the heart of the canyon's mysteries to enjoy Grand Canyon aerial views. The helicopter will land on the floor of the canyon, next to the mighty Colorado River. Here, guests will walk to our waiting boat for a 20 minute ride to explore the region's natural beauty. A helicopter ride in Vegas doesn’t even compare.
Once this portion of the tour our ride is over, guests will disembark from the boat, then they we will ascend back to the top and enjoy a barbecue or box lunch while overlooking the stunning natural vistas of the Grand Canyon and Colorado River.
Time will be allotted to for guests to browse for Native American curios and jewelry as a keepsake of their journey or to take further photos of the Grand Canyon.
Grand Canyon Skywalk attraction is optional and tickets can be purchased at the Skywalk attraction entrance.
When the Grand Canyon portion of the tour is completed, guests will return by motor coach to Las Vegas where they will be dropped off at their original departure location.

Sample Tour Itinerary (approximate times)
7:00 A.M. – VIP pick up for our guests from their hotel (round trip transport included for Las Vegas “Strip” and downtown hotels).
7:30 A.M. – In route views of Lake Mead, Hoover Dam and the O'Callaghan-Tillman Memorial Bridge.
10:45 A.M. – Arrive at Grand Canyon West and board helicopter from Canyon rim to Canyon floor.
11:00 A.M. – Approximate 15-20 minute boat ride on the Colorado River.
11:15 A.M. – Board helicopter and return to rim of the canyon.
11:30 A.M. – Bus excursion to the three visitor points according to interest: Eagle Point – Skywalk (optional), Guano Point, Hualapai Indian Village.
2:30 P.M. – Return by bus to Grand Canyon West.
2:45 P.M. – Depart for Las Vegas.
6:00 P.M. – Guests will arrive back to their hotel.
Duration: Approximate time from hotel pick-up to hotel drop-off is 11 hours (depending on hotel location).
Departure Point: Guests will be picked-up and dropped-off directly from their hotel in Las Vegas.
