Important Information on Departure Times:

All departure times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions. Not responsible for unexpected delays, loss of visibility or itinerary changes caused by traffic, weather etc. Your exact departure time will be advised at time of e-ticket conformation. Tours depart from most Las Vegas hotels. Please enter the name of your hotel at time of booking. If you have not selected a Las Vegas hotel at the time of booking, enter N/A (not available) or call Grand Canyon Discount Flight Reservations Plus at 702-629-7776 to advise us of the designated hotel for pick-up at least 24 hours prior to tour date.

Additional Information:

Cancellation notification is 24 hours in advance of the tour departure time. Cancellations received within 24 hours or no shows result in 100% cancellation fee of the total tour price. All cancellations must be made directly with Grand Canyon Discount Flight Reservations Plus at 702-629-7776.

Some tours require a minimum number to operate. For safety tour operators may vary tour routes or flight times due to weather conditions. Tour operators reserve the right to upgrade passengers onto another tour.

Tour components and tour itinerary, descriptions and prices of tours on this web site and any other advertising are subject to change without notice. Prices listed are in U.S. dollars and reflect a 5% cash discount. However your tours price will not change once it is confirmed by e-ticket or verbally with one of our agents.

Grand Canyon Discount Flight Reservations Plus doesn’t have control of any fuel surcharges imposed at the time of check-in by the applicable tour operator. Tour or flight fees may also apply. Grand Canyon Discount Flight Reservations Plus will make every effort to notify you on your final e-ticket confirmation or verbal confirmation of any fuel surcharges / tour or flight fees that are applicable to your tour and/or flight. Fuel surcharges are subject to change without notice and may be payable at the time of check-in.

Inclusions:

Pick up and drop off at major Las Vegas hotels for all tours. State-of-the-art helicopters, airplanes and motor coaches. Multilingual live or recorded commentary is available upon request (Spanish, French, Italian, German, Russian, and Japanese), please advise at time of booking if required. We select only the most experienced and reliable operators for each tour to remove any guesswork for you, and ensuring your peace of mind. Exclusions: Gratuities are optional, reservation fees if any, fuel service charge required payable by cash or credit card on the day of your tour.

Tours must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of your travel date. If you are within 24 hours, please call our reservation hotline at 800-871-1030 or 702-629-7776 for availability and immediate confirmation. Tentative confirmation for tour(s) will be received at time of booking with e-ticket confirmation following within approximately 24 hours. All tours are subject to availability. Departure times listed may vary based on availability.

Some tours have 2-tier rate structures (advanced rates and last minute rates). Advanced rates are valid on tours that are booked 4 or more days in advance of the tour date. Last minute rates are valid for tours booked within 3 days of the tour date. Discounted prices listed on some tours are for early bird flights. Additional costs may apply for prime time departure times.

Due to the nature of these tours and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is cancelled, you will be entitled to a refund. In some cases, prior to your travel date, all passengers’ weights MUST be advised to the supplier. If you do not indicate this at the time of booking, you will be required to call the supplier and advise them of this information directly. Due to comfort and weight / balance of aircrafts, passengers weighing over 250 lbs. will be required to purchase an additional seat on some tours. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. Helicopters, airplanes and motor coaches can accommodate collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them during boarding and disembark.
