Product Description

Our guests tour begins after a VIP pick-up at most Las Vegas Strip or Downtown Hotels. After a brief check-in, guests depart for their Grand Canyon journey. Guests travel in comfortable and modern eco-friendly motor coaches (buses) that leave nothing to chance when it comes to your safety and comfort. All vehicles are equipped with restrooms, large viewing windows, air conditioning, reclining seats, removable arm rests, foot rests, DVDs and monitors. Guests comfort, safety and satisfaction is always a number one concern.

Guests narrated tour will leave from Las Vegas through Boulder City with views of Lake Mead and the Colorado River from the Hoover Dam Bypass Bridge, with views better than the best Hoover Dam tours. On the way to the Grand Canyon, our guests will have the opportunity to learn about the Pioneer Indian Wars, early Spanish Conquistadors, the Missionaries, Mountain Men, Explorers and Settlers.

Once guests reach the Hoover Dam there is an optional stop that allows our guests to photograph the surrounding area during a short break. Guests may even get a chance to see one of the resident bighorn sheep before we cross over the new Mike O’Callaghan – Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge. This bridge is the longest concrete arch in the Western Hemisphere, spanning over 1,000 feet and 890 feet of above the Mighty Colorado River. Now it’s time to enjoy the Las Vegas to West Rim Grand Canyon drive.

Get to know the distance from Las Vegas to Grand Canyon West Rim on one of the most beautiful sections of our drive is the remote area known as Black Canyon. The voyage from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon helps tell the story of how this territory has played a significant role in the development of the American Southwest, from the ancient Anasazi Indians and the steamboat landings, to its present day use as part of the Lake Mead National Recreation Area. Our guests will also pass through the Mojave Desert, that leads to the 900-year-old Joshua Tree Forest, one of the largest forests of its kind.

After the initial portion of the Las Vegas to West Rim Grand Canyon road experience, guests will arrive at Grand Canyon West in time for lunch, which is included in your tour package. This lunch is prepared by either member of the Hualapai Tribe or you will receive a complimentary box lunch on the rim of the Grand Canyon. Water is also included all day long. After lunch, guests will have a chance to walk along the rim, unblemished by modern civilization. Admire views like the Great Thunderbird image that nature has created. Before our final departure, guests will have time to browse the authentic curios and art objects of the West Rim that the tribal craftsmen have on display.

During your drive back to Las Vegas our guests will be delivered back to their Las Vegas hotels knowing that they have experienced one of the best Grand Canyon tours Las Vegas has to offer.

To further enhance your touring experience, ask about the Skywalk, Helicopter & Boat upgrades, and enjoy all the major attractions in this unique, once-in-a-lifetime tour!

    “Worth it”

It is expensive and you have to go about 20 miles on a rough dirt road but it is worth it. Be prepared that you will not be able to take pictures of the skywalk. All camera’s are banned as well as purses and etc. They provide safe lockers for you. The Indian workers were very pleasant and the facility was well run and cared for. SH – Dublin

    “Unforgettable!!!”

I had always wanted to go to the Grand Canyon. It wasn’t until my wife finally pushed me to do it, that I actually took the plunge and booked the trip.

I can see how the trip could be annoying, if you didn’t have a fun tour guide. Our guide was awesome, fun, and looked like he was actually enjoying the trip.

I’d recommend GC Flight to anyone who wants to see the Grand Canyon for the first time. It was SO MUCH FUN!!!!

    Grand Canyon”
    Reviewed December 26, 2013
We took west rim tour of the Canyon and Hoover Dam, The coach picked up at the hotel very early I think it was about 6:30am we were taken to a transfer area (a few other coaches also arrived) where they tried to up-sell then it was back on the bus. We drove to the Hoover Dam with a few minutes for photo’s (note – there’s only a porta- kabin loo) Back on the bus to the Gran Canyon but you stop on route to change to a much older bus as the Canyon road is just a dirt track. Note-it can be much much cooler at the Canyon so take an extra layer. At the Canyon some go off for helicopter, some for skywalk – we didn’t bother with either as you get so close to the edge yourself. You are given a lunch voucher you can use at either photo vantage point – lunch was fine (we’d read some poor reviews and took some food ourselves but we didnt need it, you will if you have a bigger appetite) Because we didn’t take any activity we had plenty of time for photo’s- just to eat lunch with that back drop was amazing – We loved it! Return journey was the same, old bus, transfer back to the new bus, this time we saw the Hoover Dam from the motorway (thats the view I was expecting) we got back to the hotel at 7:15 so its a long day if you have young children,

Hi I wanted to thank your company for a GC tour I took with your bus driver Anthony on 6/15/15.
Anthony is a great asset to your company and educated us during the drive about the history of Las Vegas, the Hoover dam and the Grand Canyons.
He was professional and funny, and added the extra element that made the trip enjoyable from start to finish.

Please let him know that he is very unique and talented.
