There are 6 seats in the AStar Helicopter and 7 seats in the EC-130 Helicopter.

All seats are forward facing. There are two or three seats next to the pilot in the front and 4 seats across the back.

Yes, children of all ages are welcome. Children 23 months or younger are at no charge and will fly on the parent’s lap. Children 24 months or older are a full adult seat charge on all helicopter and airplane tours.

All passengers 18 years and older must have a government issued form of identification.

Yes, all prices are per guest.

We have a 72-hour cancellation policy. The reservation is 100% refundable as long as it is canceled outside of the 72 hours.

No, tours booked within the 48-hour cancellation policy are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

No shows will not be refunded.

If you need to change anything with your booking (guest names, body weight, date of tour, etc.) you need to contact our Customer Service department at or 702-629-7776 or reservations@gcflight.com. Tours fill up fast, so if changes need to be made it is best to do so in advance.

If the tour operator deems it unsafe to fly, you will be notified. They will reschedule you for another day, if you are available. If not, you will receive a full refund.

Yes, cell phones are permitted, and you may use them in “airplane mode” for videos and photos.

Tours include complementary pick-up and drop-off to hotels on the Las Vegas Strip and Downtown Las Vegas. Guests are unable to be picked-up from private residences, including Airbnbs, or the Harry Reid airport. Guests always have the option to self-drive to the terminal, if wanted.

Pickup is approximately 75 to 90 minutes prior to tour departure.
(Example: If a tour departs at 10 am, pick-up time is approximately 8:30 am.)

We have a variety of tours to fit many different schedules. All tour durations are quoted hotel pickup to drop off.

Yes, all helicopters are air-conditioned.

You may bring a protein bar or Glycemic bar in a small purse or backpack for health reasons. Passengers can bring water, but it cannot be opened in the helicopter.

No, guests may not bring their own alcohol. Champagne is provided during the landing and has been approved by the Hualapai Indian Tribe.

Helicopters seat 6-7 passengers. If you did not purchase all the seats in the helicopter, there will be other people on the tour with you. We do offer private helicopter tours. Please contact a sales agent 702-629-7776 or at reservations@gcflight.com.

No, the Hualapai Tribe does not allow guests to take anything on the skywalk. This is to protect the plexiglass on the skywalk.

You may request front seats, but they are not guaranteed. All guests are positioned on board the helicopter according to body weight. Front seating may be granted if weights are appropriate for balance and safety of the aircraft.

Bathrooms are available in the terminal before and after the tour. There are no bathroom on the floor of the canyon.

Yes, however we recommend early booking as many popular tours tend to fill up quickly.
