• What days does this tour operate?

• Can you check availability for me?

• Are there different times of departure for this tour?

• I'm not staying in a hotel, what is the closest pick up point?
• We offer hotel pick ups only. Passengers must provide their own transportation to the air terminal if they are not staying in a hotel or arrive at a designated "Strip" hotel for transportation prior to tour departure. Call our Reservation Desk for more Information at 1-800-871-1030.
• Do you pick up from private residences?
• No, however we do have free pick-up and drop-off from most major Las Vegas hotels, call us for more information at 1-800-871-1030.
• Can I get dropped off after my tour to my hotel or in the city?
• Tour providers provide roundtrip transfers to and from your hotel. Other location pick ups and drop offs have to be scheduled directly with the Reservation Desk at 1-800-871-1030.
• Where is the meeting point for my tour?
• Most Las Vegas departures depart from the McCarran Executive Terminal, Atlantic Air Terminal, North Las Vegas Air Terminal or the Boulder City Air Terminal. Call the Reservations Desk for more information at 1-800-871-1030.
• Do I need a VISA or passport or are there any special health requirements for this tour?
• All passengers booked on a tour must have government issued forms of identification, NO EXCEPTIONS!
• I am traveling in a group - do you cater for groups and/or have a group discount program?

• Does this operate on Christmas and public holidays?
• Most Tour Operators operate everyday except Christmas.
• Can I book this when I get there?
• Yes, however we recommend early booking as these popular flights do tend to fill up quickly. Remember you do have a 24 hour cancellation period if needed. Call our Reservations Desk for availability at 1-800-871-1030.
• What languages are available for this tour?

• Not normally, however we can arrange special transportation if needed. We do have free hotel pick-up and drop-off.
• Is my credit card safe?

• I keep getting a credit card error while trying to book. What do I do?
• Call our Reservation Desk at 1-800-871-1030 to see if the booking was received; contact your credit card company if there is a billing error.
• Can I book air/hotels/car rentals through you?

• It has been 24 hours since I booked and I have not received confirmation. I'm not sure if my booking was processed, did you get my booking request?

• What happens if I cancel or do not show up?
• Cancellations within 24 hours of flight time, 100% cancellation fee will apply. No shows are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
