• When do I receive confirmation of my booking?

• I did not receive my e-ticket confirmation?
  Hotmail, America Online, Yahoo! And Google email addresses are very popular and as a result receive a large amount of spam, or junk email. For this reason they have junk mail filters that in some cases only allow those email addresses that are in your address book to arrive in your inbox. For this reason it is important that you add debbie@gcflight.com and bruce@gcflight.com to your address book so that you can receive any booking information or other important emails from us. If you don’t receive your e-ticket confirmation within 24 hours we suggest contacting our Customer Service Desk Monday – Friday between 8 AM – 5 PM at 702-791-1000 or after hours at 800-871-1030 or 702-629-7776.

• Can I book over the telephone?

• I'm not staying in a hotel, what is the closest pick up point?
  We offer hotel pick-ups only. Passengers must provide their own transportation to the air terminal if they are not staying in a hotel or arrive at a designated "Strip" hotel for transportation prior to tour departure. • Do you pick up from private residences?

• Can I get dropped off after my tour to my hotel or in the city?
  Tour providers provide roundtrip transfers to and from your hotel. Other location pick-ups and drop offs have to be scheduled directly with the Reservation Desk Monday – Friday between 8 AM – 5 PM at 702-791-1000 or after hours at 800-871-1030 or 702-629-7776.

• Where is the meeting point for my tour?
  Most Las Vegas departures depart from the McCarran Executive Terminal, Atlantic Air Terminal, North Las Vegas Air Terminal or the Boulder City Air Terminal. • Do I need a VISA or passport or are there any special health requirements for this tour?
  All passengers booked on a tour must have government issued forms of identification, NO EXCEPTIONS!

• I am traveling in a group - do you cater for groups and/or have a group discount program?

• Does this operate on Christmas and public holidays?
  Most Tour Operators operate every day except Christmas.

• Can I book this when I get there?
  Yes, however we recommend early booking as these popular flights do tend to fill up quickly. Remember you do have a 24 hour cancellation period if needed. • Do you have gift certificates available?

• I don't know what date I'm traveling yet. Can I book a product and leave it open dated?
  YES! You can purchase a gift certificate and book when you are ready to.

• Are there discounts for booking more than one tour?

• Does this tour pick up from the airport?
  Not normally, however we can arrange special transportation if needed. We do have free hotel pick-up and drop-off.

• Is my credit card safe?
  Yes, Grand Canyon Discount Flight Reservations Plus is a secure web site.

• I keep getting a credit card error while trying to book. What do I do?

• Can I book air/hotels/car rentals through you?
  Yes. We are partnered with a Full Service Referral Travel Agency that offers Airline, Hotels, Car Rentals, Show Bookings and more at extremely competitive prices! • It has been 24 hours since I booked and I have not received confirmation. I'm not sure if my booking was processed, did you get my booking request?

• What happens if I cancel or do not show up?
  Cancellations within 24 hours of flight time, 100% cancellation fee will apply. No shows are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

• When sending a special inquiry or request, what do I do if I don't get an answer within 24 hours?
